Good Idea, I put aside a whole atfrenoon to figure out an idea for a cable to work through the arm.
This way it could be used for bike tow strap if needed.
There are kevlar strands that are really strong and could be sewn into the fabric with out any seams or bumps and could be just around the sleve end.

I think for your product you can make the lock down systems with either thin cable or maybe even paracord…. The small brass lock you could have laser etched….
Best would be make jackets and put the cable under the liner, but for folks who already have a jacket you could sell a pre determined length, s m and l they could string through the sleeves
